Here at Jules Home Collections we only use the most professional and secure delivery services throughout Ireland and Europe. All of your items will be sent with a tracked fast and efficient service.
If you are buying within Ireland, we can send notifications by email and text message, free of charge. You will also be supplied with a 1 hour delivery window, also free of charge! We hope to offer the 1 hour delivery window shortly to all of our European customers.

Delivery
When your order is placed online, delivery time period 2-5 days. We always aim to dispatch your order that same day, but, if you order after 2pm or during the weekend, we’ll send it out the following working day. 

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of products returned in the same condition in which it was recieved.
​Homeware products must be returned within 28 days of receipt of merchandise.

Once we receive your return, we’ll email you to let you know that we have recieved the return and please allow us five–ten days for the refund to show on your account.
